Although we created an example weekly menu for your reference, you are encouraged to mix and match the “recipes” and “grab-and-go meals” during the week. Move to a low-inflammatory diet, avoid highly refined foods and enjoy more calories from the carbohydrates and healthy fats outlined in the program to maintain a healthy diet.
